All bookings are subject to approval by the Raven Events team and once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email. No refunds will be given once booking is confirmed.

 

Stallholders must provide proof of Public Liability Insurance prior to the event where necessary.  Your insurance must cover products and services that you offer.

 

Stallholders are required to be at the venue an hour before the doors open (10am on Saturday for 11am opening or 5pm for an evening event opening at 6pm) to set up and will have an hour after the event to pack up and vacate the building.  If you are going to take longer than one hour, please let the organisers know so that we can make alternative arrangements.

 

Stallholders will be expected to remain until the event closes. If you can’t, please let the organisers know before the event if possible.

 

If you have special requirements for your stand allocation, please contact us prior to booking.

 

Allocation and position of stalls will be at the organiser’s discretion.  We will endeavour to limit duplicating stands where possible.

 

Products for sale must be agreed by the organisers and offensive, dangerous or unsuitable will be declined and/or removed. Only products agreed by Raven Events prior to the event will be allowed to be sold.

 

Raven Events accept no responsibility for damage or loss to personal possessions or equipment before, during or after any event.

 

Electrical appliances need to have a current PAT test sticker and certificate and shown prior to the event. This includes extension leads.  Plug sockets are limited and these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

 

Each stall holder is required to bring their own display materials.  Please ensure that your allocated area is kept free from trip hazards or other risks.  Stallholders are responsible for clearing away their own tables and removing their litter prior to departing the event.

 

If you are unable to attend but you wish to send someone in your place, please let us know prior to the event. This will be declined for readers.

 

No naked flames or incense burning will be permitted at the event due to venue rules and regulations.

 

We reserve the right to photograph or record the event and all individuals.  Any material may be used on social media to advertise for future events and will remain the property of Raven Events.

 

We reserve the right to remove you from an event if your behaviour is threatening, violent or offensive.

 

You are responsible for any outcome as a result of attending the event.  This will include any subsequent interaction with visitors/other stallholders.

 

All readers will be required to have a disclaimer on display.

 

 

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations if such failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. 

 

Events of force majeure can be defined as, but are not limited to, acts of God, earthquakes, strikes, war, pandemics, acts of terrorism and government acts.
